Introduction of Powder Grinding Production Line

Powder grinding production line is mainly composed of jaw crusher,Raymond mill,bucket elevator,electromagnetic vibrating feeder,transmission device and other devices.



Application of Powder Grinding Production Line

It can be used for the grinding of 280 kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive materials whose Moh's hardness is less than 9.3 level and humidity less than 6% in mining,chemical,building materials industries,such as barite,calcite,feldspar,marble,limestone,dolomite,fluorite,lime, active carbon,bentonite,kaoline,gypsum,plaster,etc.



Production Process of Powder Grinding Production Line

The materials will be firstly sent into jaw crusher for primary crushing and then the crushed minerals will be sent into the powder grinding mill for further grinding.Through the whole processing procedure,the materials will be processed to the required fineness (80-425 mesh).

If your final product needs higher fineness,you can choose the three-ring medium speed micro powder mill whose fineness can be reached 400-3000 mesh.
